Refund and replacement policy for digital delivery

Digital files are normally final after download, but duplicate payments, inaccessible files and materially wrong deliveries are handled.

When a refund or replacement is available

Support can help if a buyer paid twice, cannot access the download after verified payment, received the wrong product, or the archive is corrupted.

When it is not available

Refunds are not promised for buyer's remorse, unsupported custom integration requests, or expected income that does not happen.

What to include

Send the invoice id, product id, buyer email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. Never send seed phrases or private keys.
